Customer Trade Accounts

Customer credit trading accounts are available to bona fide retailers. Applications will require full trading details of the applicant including company registration details (where applicable); two trade references and agreement that the applicant will abide by our trading and payment terms. Please be aware we do not operate on a 'sale or return' basis.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are the end of the month following the date of invoice.

The following additional conditions apply:

Where a settlement discount is offered, payment must be received by our accounts department or directly into the Company's bank account on or before the due date, as detailed on the sales invoice. We regret that settlement discount cannot be allowed where payment is received after the due date.

If an account becomes overdue, future deliveries may be suspended.

Any costs incurred in the collection of overdue accounts will be re-charged to the customer.

An administrative charge will be made for any cheques returned or represented by the bank.

The Company reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue balances at a rate of 2% per month.

Payment Methods

We understand the importance of security and endeavour to make our payment processes as safe as possible. We use the latest technology to ensure that all your personal and credit card details remain completely confidential. However we cannot be responsible if through no fault of our own these details are intercepted and used by third parties.

We accept payment by most international credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, and all UK debit cards - Delta, Visa debit, Maestro. All transactions are in pounds sterling.

For non-account customers your card will be debited once the order is picked and processed. Orders are normally dispatched within one working day of receipt.

Retention of Title in Goods Supplied

Goods supplied by the Company shall remain the property of the Company until such time that payment for said goods has been received in full by the Company.

Liability for the safe keeping of the goods becomes that of the customer upon delivery.

The acceptance of our delivery acknowledges acceptance of our retention of title until paid in full.

The company reserves the right to repossess and permanently retain any goods where full payment has not been received without the Company incurring any liability toward the customer.

All items are offered and supplied at the trade prices ruling at the time the goods are invoiced, plus VAT.

Trade prices are subject to change in the normal course of business without any prior notice being given.

Some products are offered and supplied at trade prices that attract no discount (net lines). These items are marked as net lines on the sales invoices and are often goods featured in promotional leaflets that are offered at keen trade prices designed to maximise the customer's return.

Suggested Retail Prices (inclusive of VAT) are quoted on all invoices and are offered for guidance purposes only.

The nature of colour representation on the internet means that colours cannot always be shown accurately. This is due to the way the images are prepared but also due to the colour balance of each individual computer screen / monitor on which the images are shown. Although we make every effort to ensure that the images show an accurate representation of the products colours.

We try to ensure that the images on the site offer a true representation of the product shown. It should however be noted that our suppliers do from time to time make minor alterations to products which may affect the exact product presentation.
